The quality of finished leather relies much on quality control in its manufacturing process. That is why we set various quality check points along the production line to keep close track of quality. We also set out high standards against which all our leather materials are checked to ensure the finished leather will be accepted by customers from around the world. A specialized quality inspection team continuously inspects our leather against internal and customer requirements.
For us, quality is a critical part of the supply chain, whether it is quality checks before raw materials enter the production line, quality inspections during the manufacturing process, or checking quality before finished leather arrive at the customer.
Prior to Manufacturing
Each batch of raw material is closely checked before entering into the production line. At this stage, our inspection team takes the responsibility for running tests on all the chemicals, polymer resin, plasticizers, colors, and cloth that will be used in the manufacture of leather according to our internal regulations. Test reports would be stored. Advanced equipment is used to perform these tests, which can be seen in the following pictures.
During Manufacturing
In the manufacture of leather, care is taken to produce qualified products that not only meet customer specific requirements but also achieve our internal standards. During the filament weaving and drying process, the material’s viscosity is an important factor to consider. After a series of checks, the knitted fabric is then laminated to the required leather and obtains desired grain patterns.
Final Inspection
Before finished leather leaves factory, its physical properties and dimensions are measured. Only qualified products are allowed to be delivered.
